Content Hub officially splits content elements like Website and Landing Pages away from Marketing Hub.  If you are an existing Marketing Hub user, you'll still get to access these features with your license. If you're getting started with HubSpot for the first time, you'll need to have both Marketing AND Content Hub to manage full-featured campaigns.
