When you onboard through Flawless Inbound, that fee covers your partner-delivered Architect project, the same cost, but your portal is built for you rather than guided as a self-setup. You don't pay twice.
Most single-Hub Architect projects complete in 4–8 weeks depending on complexity, data migration scope, and your team's availability for discovery and review sessions. Multi-Hub projects are scoped individually. Timeline is confirmed in your onboarding consultation before any work begins.
HubSpot's own onboarding is guided self-setup, they walk your team through the steps, but your team does the configuration work. A Flawless Architect project is done for you: process-mapped, configured, tested, and handed over with your team trained and the portal running.
