Sales Representative – Full Time – Remote

Flawless Inbound, the top-ranked HubSpot partner and NetSuite solution provider in Canada, is looking for a Sales Rep who understands the power of a collaborative sales process and who is very comfortable selling to a director level of B2B, $10-$200M organizations.

We are looking for a Sales Rep who is coachable, and willing to learn and adapt their style to a new sales process with a long sales cycle.

In this role the sales rep will be handling inbound, warm or cold leads and leading them through a consultative sales process to understand their pain points and to offer the right solution in consultation with the sales engineer. The right solution could include the right software license, integrations, and implementation plan. The successful candidate should be able to sell effectively as well as manage vendor expectations in deals where multiple stake holders are involved.

  3. HubSpot Marketing Hub 
  4. HubSpot Service Hub (Ticketing system)

Your Impact: 

  1. You will be responsible for a quota in a specific region to sell professional service contracts that will include consulting, implementation services, and system integrations for B2B Small to Mid-Size organizations from $10M-$200M in revenue

  2. You will use the HubSpot CRM and the Flawless Inbound sales process to manage sales through stages of prospecting, lead qualification, forecasting, resource allocation, account strategy, and planning

  3. You will develop digital transformation and revenue driven marketing solutions and proposals encompassing all aspects of the business applications either for HubSpot or NetSuite Oracle

  4. You will create and lead sales and solutions presentations to offer a complete value proposition either through virtual meetings, phone call or webinars

  5. You are comfortable selling through distance and are familiar with contacts and list building platforms like Zoominfo

  6. You will be responsible to carry out a minimum of 50 outbound calls per month to generate 10 discovery meetings a month

  7. You will be accountable for a quota attainment of $1 Million+ USD each year

About You: 

  1. You have great attention to detail
  2. You are a self-starter and very good with time management
  3. You focus on moving deals forward in the sales pipeline
  4. You are very good in sales follow up and building call to action to move deals forward
  5. You take meticulous and accurate notes
  6. You are able to identify and plan the right technical resources needed to help you move the deal foreword to winning the contract
  7. You have 3+ years of experience using CRM (preferably HubSpot), business emails, Office suite, contacts and list building platforms like zoominfo
  8. You have experience and are comfortable doing cold calls while following the organization sales script
  9. You need to be able to start outbound activities after the 2 weeks onboarding
  10. You will need to attend and participate in weekly forecast calls with your team and your sales leader

 Highly Desired Skills:  

  1. You must have a university degree/college diploma or equivalent work experience
  2. You must have 5+ years inside or outside sales experience in Software or Business Services for B2B clients (Director level, Financial/Marketing/Sales/Operation)
  1. You have a strong understanding of Accounting Solutions, Business Solutions, ecommerce, ERP or CRM in a sales capacity is essential, as well as the ability to negotiate pricing and contractual terms to close a sale
  2. You must be results-driven with proven ability to sell and project a positive, professional attitude
  3. You must be able to effectively communicate in English (verbal and written) with clients and internally with teams through all available mediums
  4. You have high energy, very good in collaboration with other team members of the sales and marketing teams
  5. You have the ability to work in a remote team environment
  6. You are coachable and willing to learn and optimize your process and follow the Flawless Inbound Sales Framework
  7. You are able to work with KPIs. Everything will be measured using HubSpot CRM (calls, meetings, emails, deals, close rate) and these KPIs will be used to measure your success
  8. You must be able to demonstrate that you have and able to achieve $1 Million+ in annual quota
  9. You understand B2B Buyers journey including but not limited to:
    • outbound calls and emails,
    • booking and conducting discovery meetings, and goal-setting meetings,
    • present the findings and the solutions,
    • finalize statement of work,
    • close deals,
    • hand off to delivery teams.
  10. You have social selling experience especially with LinkedIn for B2B
  11. You accept positive feedback and can adjust to given directions and training
