Project Manager-Full-time (Remote)

As a Flawless Inbound Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing multiple key clients’ projects. You will be working closely with the Solution Architect, CRM and Automation Specialist, and the technical team to manage projects and ensure completion of these projects on time, within budget and scope. You will oversee all aspects of projects – from understanding clients business requirements and the solution we are providing, to assigning responsibilities, setting deadlines, monitoring and influencing progress, summarizing progress of the project, creating and updating documentation and all client communication. To be successful in this role, you will need a dynamic personality with excellent communication skills, above average organization skills, the ability to manage projects from high level down to the tiniest detail with a focus on results and an understanding of the tech.

In This Role, You'll be:


• Ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget
• Developing and maintaining comprehensive, detailed project plans to monitor and track progress, sharing with client and team members as required
• Creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation
• Coordinating internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
• Delegating project tasks based on staff members' individual strengths, skill sets and experience levels
• Ensuring resource availability and allocation
• Meeting with clients to provide project updates and clarify specific requirements
• Communicating client needs/requirements with delivery team
• Developing and maintaining spreadsheets, diagrams, and process maps to document needs/requirements
• Managing changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques and critical thinking skills
• Measuring and tracking project performance using appropriate tools and techniques, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals
• Meeting budgetary objectives and adjusting project constraints based on financial analysis
• Preparing and presenting reports for upper management regarding status of project
• Reporting and escalating to management as needed
• Managing the relationship with the client, all stakeholders, and third-party vendors
• Performing risk management to minimize project risks
• Using and continually developing leadership skills
• Attending webinars and training as required to maintain proficiency
• Performing other related duties as assigned


We Are Looking for People Who Have:

 

• 3+ years proven working experience in technical project management with a bottom-up approach while still maintaining a high-level overview of the project outcome
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and other Project Management tools
• Project Management Professional (PMP)/PRINCE II certification is a plus
• A background in technology implementation is a plus
• Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
