HubSpot Implementation Specialist (Full-time/Remote)

About the Job

A Flawless Inbound HubSpot Specialist takes on the roles of a consultant and a technical expert. You’ll bring our clients’ Marketing, Sales and Service strategies to life with HubSpot by implementing and managing the ins and outs of their HubSpot accounts.


To do this, you’ll need an above average understanding of HubSpot’s functionalities and how to set up client’s accounts in a way that takes full advantage of them. Automations, integrations, migrations, trainings — it’s all in your wheelhouse. But you don’t just understand how to set up the tools, you also understand RevOps and how clients can use the tools to meet their aligned business goals. Bottom line, a Flawless HubSpot Specialist helps our client’s leverage HubSpot in a way that better serves their internal teams, so that they can better serve their customers.

In This Role, You’ll Be:

  • A key member of the delivery team, working with project managers, CRM and automation consultants, content writers, web developers, software engineers and more
  • Working and communicating directly with the client
  • Implementing and configuring HubSpot Sales, Marketing and Services Hubs set up, technical integrations, reporting, and user adoption activities
  • Using your understanding of the entire buyer’s journey from awareness, consideration, and decision stages to implement the tools and configuration needed
  • Implementing Marketing, Sales and Services Automation including but not limited to
    • Marketing Automation:
      • Create lead nurturing and demand generation campaigns utilizing HubSpot’s automation software, including
        • Email campaigns
        • Landing pages
        • Workflows and automation
      • Update and optimize clients’ websites
      • Program Lead Scoring in the marketing automation tool
      • Build and test segmented lists and complex workflows based on audience behaviors like offers downloaded, site pages visited, and emails opened.
      • Build and customize monthly and quarterly reports for further strategic analysis.
    • CRM Programming and Automation
      • Set up deal stages and pipelines
      • Program Deals and Pipelines automation and workflows
      • Data mapping and program custom properties
      • Integrate CRM with Marketing and other tech stack to insure data driving outcomes
    • Services Programming and Automation
      • Set up service tickets stages and pipelines
      • Program service tickets and pipelines automation and workflows
      • Data mapping and program custom properties
      • Integrate with CRM, Marketing and other tech stack to insure data driving outcomes
      • Program Chat Bot and live chat
  • Working to resolve challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
  • Functioning as translator between internal and client departments
  • Researching best practices, trends and new technology to increase the effectiveness of digital initiatives
  • Providing organization-specific training and documentation

We Are Looking For People Who Have: 

  • 2+ years’ hands on experience implementing and programming HubSpot
  • Related educational background (eg: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Data Processing or equivalent)
  • Above average communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience working directly with clients using a consultative approach
  • Strong knowledge and experience in aligning the technology with marketing best practices and use cases
  • Strong knowledge of the sales cycle and how CRM and related applications play a role as a cohesive sales solution
  • Experience training end users on how to use and leverage HubSpot to achieve their business goals
  • The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure a successful and timely completion
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Demonstrated the ability to think creatively based on client requirements
  • Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with continuous desire to improve technical acumen
  • High attention to quality and detail
  • A strong technical aptitude with experience in other cloud-based tools for Marketing Automation and CRM such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, Zoho, InfusionSoft, Acton, Zapier, etc.
  • HTML, CSS, and JavaScript knowledge are a bonus
  • An expert eye for detail for technical QA
